Hello,
Please refresh the page with the dashboard or re-login using the magic link if necessary.
We had a short connectivity issue between the Dashboard and the database due to faulty hardware on the database cluster.
All is resolved now.
However, to be ensure that you continue receiving orders in the dashboard, please refresh/reload it.
